That part of the SW'/ of Section 12, T33N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being
the intent to more correctly describe Tract C in that document of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 600 of Photostatic Records on page 99, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly right -of -way Line of U. S. Highway 89, S56 °-43'-
30"E, 1134.11 feet, from the northwest comer of said SW'/o;
thence S89 21' -16 "E, 183.12 feet, to a position on the approximate left (westerly) bank of
the Salt River;
thence coursing said left (westerly) bank as follows:
S47 30' -30 "W, 77.50 feet, to a position;
S14 37' -15 "W, 60.77 feet, to a position;
S22 25' -53 "W, 38.77 feet, to a position;
S00 17' -18 "E, 92.43 feet, to a position;
S00 14' -32 "E, 57.44 feet, to a position;
S06 30' -25 "E, 36.88 feet, to a position;
S01 06' -26 "E, 62.08 feet, to a position;
SO4 15' -12 "W, 26.08 feet, to a position;
