REX AND LUANE RICH FAMILY TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 5, 2012,
grantors of the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS a twenty percent
(20 undivided interest to: David McConokie, Julie Johns, Terri James, Cordell R.
Rich, Kelly B. Rich, Coreen Rowlette, and Kenny R. Rich, as tenants in common, the
following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:

Township Thirty -two (32) North, Range 119 West of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
running thence West along the South boundary line
of the said South Half of the North Half of the
Northeast Quarter (S 1/2 N 1/2 NE 1/4) 16 rods,
thence North 10 rods, thence East 10 rods, more
or less, to the East boundary line of the said
South Half of the North Half of the Northeast
Quarter (S 1/2 N 1/2 NE 1/4), thence South along
the said East boundary line 10 rods, more or
less, to the point of beginning.

A parcel of land situate within the NE1 /4NE1 /4 of Section 26, Township 32 North,
Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING. on the east boundary line of said Section 26 at a point located SO °32.1'E a
distance of 969.0 feet south from the northeast corner of the NE1 /4NE1/4 of Section 26,
said point also being the southeast corner of the present Rex A. Rich 1 -acre property; and
running
THENCE N89 °34.1'W, along Rich property line, a distance of 180.3 feet to property
corner;
THENCE S0 °1.4'W, again along said property line, a distance of 85.0 feet to property
comer;
THENCE S89°34. 1'E a distance of 181.1feet to section line;
THENCE N0 °32.1'W, along section line, a distance of 85.0 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 0.353 acres, more or less;
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject,
however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of
record or in use.
