Rich 1 -acre property; and running THENCE N89 °34.1'W, along Rich property line, a distance of 180.3 feet to property corner; THENCE S0 °1.4'W, again along said property line, a distance of 85.0 feet to property comer; THENCE S89°34. 1'E a distance of 181.1feet to section line; THENCE N0 °32.1'W, along section line, a distance of 85.0 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; ENCLOSING an area of 0.353 acres, more or less; Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
