Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of U.S. Highway 89, 150 feet
wide, said point being N 0 °11' W, along said Easterly line, 1865.63 feet
from a square concrete marker with a brass cap found marking said
Highway at Station TS 813 4571, said point of beginning also being
2031.50 feet N 12 °19'18" E, from the Southwest corner of the SE% .of said
Section 30;
thence running N 87 °18'19" E, approximately along the line of a
fence, 240.19 feet;
thence S 4 °28' W, along the line of a fence, 52.19 feet;
thence S 6 °53'27" E, along the line of a fence, 134.56 feet;
thence West 251.45 teet, more or less, to Easterly line of U.S.
Highway 89;
