Gardner and Trisha P. Gardner, husband and wife mortgagor, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $400,265.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 20' day of June, 2003 in book 524 PR of Mortgages, at Page 675 as document #890997 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
