executed by WJW Holdings, LLLP, a North Dakota Limited Liability Limited Partnership to First
International Bank Trust recorded September 10, 2010, as instrument no. 955435, Book 753
page 511 records of Lincoln County, WY, together with the debt thereby secured has been
PARTIALLY PAID AND SATISFIED and that the following real property is released from the
effects of said mortgage:
Lot 128, Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2 Amended 20th Filing recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming on September 13, 2011 with Receiving No. 960966.
All other real property not herein, or previously released shall remain securing said debt.

On December 3, 2012, personally appeared before me Dennis L. Schock who being duly
sworn did say that he is the Senior Vice President of First International Bank Trust, and that
the within foregoing instrument was signed on behalf of said corporation by authority of a
resolution of its board of directors or its by -laws and who duly acknowledged to me that said
corporation executed the same.
