Titensor and Wilma S. Titensor, husband and wife, and the William Byron Titensor Living
Revocable Trust, dated November 27, 2007, William Byron Titensor, Trustee and the Wilma
S. Titensor Living Revocable Trust, dated November 27, 2007, Wilma S. Titensor, Trustee,
of P.O. Box 267, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to Terry L. Titensor
and Pamela Titensor Joint Living Trust, dated January 24, 2003, Terry L. Titensor and
Pamela Titensor, Trustees, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 244, Thayne, WY 83127, the
following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
NE%4SW /4 of Section 23, T34N, R119W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming;
LESS AND EXCEPT the following parcels:
A. Parcel 1: That parcel of land as described in the deed to the East Side Canal
Company recorded February 25, 1939 in Book 24 on Page 28 in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
B. Parcel 2: That parcel of land as described in that certain deed dated October 22,
1992 recorded November 12, 1992 in Book 320PR, Page 258 in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto grantors a non exclusive easement for
ingress, egress and utilities sixty feet (60') in width running South along the West
side of the "East Side Canal" to the South boundary of said property and then West
along the South boundary of said property to the Western boundary of said property
for the purpose of providing access to Grantors' remaining property.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
