and appoint April Loveland, as our true and lawful attorney -in -fact for us and in our names, place and
stead to purchase and encumber and execute all documents, including but not limited to, mortgages,
promissory notes, settlement statements, affidavits, contracts and agreements necessary to purchase and

page 91, N25 °55'31 "E, 220.55 feet, from the southwest corner of said SE''ASE'/;
thence N00 °49'58 "E, 76.94 feet, along said east line, to an angle point;
thence S89 °37' 14 "E, 302.91 feet, along an existing fence line and the easterly extension thereof,
to an intersection with the west line of Lincoln Street;
thence S02° 18' 15 "W, 77.90 feet, along said west line, to an intersection with the easterly
extension of the north line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 528PR n page 625;
thence S89 °47'22 "W, 300.89 feet, along the north line of said tract in Book 528, and the north
line of those tracts of record in said Office in Book 553PR on page 571 and in Book 455PR on
page 246, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
