all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of

hereof.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights
and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.

379PR, Page 643, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
within the NW1/4SE1/4 of Section 23, T34N, R119W, of the 6th. P.M., located in
the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Iron Pipe found marking the West line of Village Parkway,
said point being, S86" 32' 31"E for 663.26 feet to the Iron Pipe found marking
the Northwest comer of said Village Parkway and SOT for 486.51 feet from the
Knowlton's B.L.M: type Monument marking the Northwest corner of said
NW1/4NE1/4; thence South and Westerly, along said West line and the
Northerly line of said Village Parkway, the following: SO°W 73.82 feet to an Iron
Pipe found, along a 100.00 feet Radius Curve to the Right, through a central
angle of 85°16'16"(chord bears S42°38'08"W 135.47 feet) -an arc distance of
148.83 feet to an Iron Pipe found and S89°16'16"W 15.16 feet to an Iron Pipe
found; thence N25°40'24"W 192.41 feet to the Aluminum cap on Rebar found
marking the Northeast Comer of the Wells Fargo Bank property; thence
