by Hastings LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company to Frontier Certified
Development Company, Inc., to secure payment of the principal sum of $330,000.00
dated on the 13th day of November, 1997 and recorded in the office of the County Clerk
of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on the 13th day of November, 1997 as Instrument
No. 846729, Book 404, Pages 150 -153, and which was assigned to the United States
Small Business Administration and recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln

That the mortgage described herein has been fully satisfied by the payment of the debt
secured thereby, and is hereby fully cancelled, released, and discharged.
