THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, Executed this December 31 2012 by first party, CATHERINE
E. NEWMAN, residing at 11263 Kestral Road, Klamath Falls, OR 97601, and second party,
HOWARD W. NEWMAN (hereinafter called "Grantors conveys and quitclaims their shared
interest in the below described parcel of land to the second party, BOARDWALK REALTY
VENTURES, LLC DESIGNATED SERIES THAYNE, WYOMING, doing business at 3000F
Danville Blvd #542, Alamo, CA 94507, (hereinafter called "Grantee (the words "Grantors" and
"Grantee" are to include their respective heirs, successors, and assigns where the context requires
or permits).
WITNESSETH that: Grantors, for and in consideration of zero dollars ($0) and love and
affection and other valuable consideration in hand paid at and before the execution and delivery
of this document, the receipt and adequacy whereof is hereby acknowledged, by this document
does hereby remise, convey and forever QUITCLAIM unto the said Grantee, the below
described tract or parcel of land and all improvements more fully and completely described as
follows:
Lot 21, Riverview Ranchettes, Second Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that
plat filed June 9, 1978 as Instrument No. 509426 in the office of the County Clerk.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract of land, with all the rights, members and
appurtenances thereof, so that neither Grantor nor any other person claiming under him shall at
any time claim or demand any right, title or interest to the said tract of land or its appurtenances.
