Ten and no /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to

the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:

recorded with Receiving No. 925956, in Book 858, and with Document No. 903734, all with said Office,
said Point of Beginning being 218.00 feet N89 °56'09 "E, along the North line of GLO Lot 1 (NW1 /4NW1/4)
of Section 18, of said T34N, R118W from the Albert L. Nelson PE /LS 578 1972, location for the Northwest
Corner of said GLO Lot 1 of Section 18; thence N0 °53'12 "E, not along the East line of last said PLC Trust
property, 215.24 feet; thence S88 °14'57 "E 66.80 feet; thence S87 °00'08 "E 269.62 feet; thence
S0 °05'09 "W 198.69 feet to a Point in said North line of said GLO Lot 1, of said Section 18, said Point
being 748.65 feet S89 °56'09 "W, along said North line of said GLO Lot 1, of said Section 18, from the
Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1995 location for the Northeast Corner of said GLO Lot 1 of said section
18; thence S89 °56'09 "W, along said North line of said GLO Lot 1, of said Section 18, 339.05 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, Encompassing 1.61± Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The Right -of -Way Easement, for Lost Creek County Road 12 -120,
as referred to in the Instrument recorded with Document No. 547371, in Book 169PR, on Page 408, with
said Office.
