Tracy A. Studer, Trustee of the Tracy A. Studer Revocable Trust, dated February
2, 2012, each an undivided one half (1/2) interest as tenants in common,
GRANTEE, whose address is PO Box 3449, Alpine, WY 83128, the following
described real estate,, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
