Merrill J. Martin May 22, 1981 Family Trust, GRANTOR, of Jackson, Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby quitclaims to MARY CHARLEEN M. BENDIXEN, GRANTEE, whose
address is 318 12 Evanston, Wyoming 82930, as her sole and separate property including all
rents, issue, and profits thereof, for good and valuable consideration, the real property and
improvements located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 10 of CMR Subdivision, Lincoln, Wyoming, according to that
plat filed in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on June 15,
1995, Instrument No. 803595, Plat No. 363.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all liens, easements, restrictions and rights of way
appearing of record or enforceable in law and equity and general
property taxes.
All notices regarding the above described property should be sent to the Grantee at the
address indicated in the upper left-hand comer above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this Quitclaim Deed as of the /v
