Whereas, Randy Thompson and Heather Thompson, not personally but as Trustees on
behalf of The Randy and Heather Thompson Revocable Living Trust, dated 08 -20 -2007 as
party of the first part, has executed a mortgage to State Farm Bank, FSB. recorded on the 13th
day of June, 2011, recorded in Recorder's Office of Lincoln County, WY, Book 767PR, Page
860, as security for an indebtedness of One Hundred Three Thousand Dollars ($103,000.00)
as evidenced by a note dated June 7th 2011, said mortgage encumbers the property described on
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
And Whereas, the party of the first part has on the December 19 2012, executed a
mortgage in the amount of up to Four Hundred Seven Thousand and Nine Hundred Dollars
($407,900.00) in favor of STATE FARM BANK FSB, ISAOA, ATIMA, said mortgage
recorded December 26 2012 as Document 968682 said
mortgage on the real estate described above.
Now Therefore, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, State Farm Bank, FSB. does by these presents
subordinate it's interest by virtue of the mortgage recorded as Book 767PR, Page 860, of
Lincoln County, WY Recorders, to the lien of the mortgage executed by party of the first part
on December 19 2012 and recorded as Document
968682 in favor of STATE FARM BANK FSB, ISAOA, ATIMA.
State Farm Bank, FSB. agrees that its interest under its mortgage as described above shall be
subject and inferior to the new lien of the mortgage of the party of the first part to STATE
FARM BANK FSB, ISAOA, ATIMA as described above.
