LADEAN S. CLARK, a widowed person, grantor of the County of Lincoln, and
State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND FOREVER QUITS CLAIM to the LADEAN S. CLARK LIVING
TRUST, dated December 7, 2004, grantee of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
FREEDOM, WYOMING HOME and ACREAGE described in the attached
EXHIBIT 1.

Beginning approximately 10 rods North of the Southwest Corner of Lot 4, in Section 9,
Township 35 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence East
16 rods, thence North 10 rods, thence West 16 rods, thence South 10 rods to the point of
beginning, containing 1 acre of land more or less.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record or in use.
