HomeMy WebLinkAbout968752172604 WARRANTY DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Custom Construction, Inc, Grantor, of 4271 Willow Creek Lane, Bedford, Wyoming 83112, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Beau Erickson and Jennifer Erickson, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1323, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: Lot 7 Triple T Ranches, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed with the Lincoln County Clerk. TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
