that my said Agent shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
This power of attorney shall become effective as of the date hereof and shall not be
affected by any period of disability or incapacity of the principal and any action taken in good
faith pursuant to the foregoing authority without actual knowledge of my death shall be binding
upon me, my heirs, assigns and personal representatives. This instrument is to be construed and
interpreted as a special, durable power of attorney and is limited to the enumeration of the
specific items, right, acts, or powers herein granted said Agent.
