and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to Joseph L. Cashen, Trustee of Trust A (Survivor's Trust)
under the Trust Agreement dated July 12, 1982, GRANTEE, whose address is 21730
Marylee Street #23, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, the following described real estate,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
Lot 4 of Aspen Hill Subdivision as described in the Official Plat thereof
recorded August 8, 1975 as Map Number 109 and Document Number
469248 in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of record.
