6TH P.M., LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AND MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 282.25 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
LOT 1 OF BLOCK 1 OF THE DAYTON ADDITION NO. 1 TO THE TOWN OF
COKEVILLE, AND RUNNING THENCE EAST 120 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 90 FEET;
THENCE WEST 120 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 90 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
