GRANT DEED
For the consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Lucille H. Jenkins, sole Trustee of the Theras and
Lucille H. Jenkins Family Revocable Trust "Grantor grants, bargains, sells and conveys to
Borden Jenkins, "Grantee whose current address is 521 South 515 West Cedar City, Utah
84720 and his successors and assigns forever, as his sole and separate property the following
described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 1: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the
Southwest quarter of Section 1 and running thence East 140 rods;
thence South 40 rods; thence West 60 rods; thence South 40 rods;
thence West 80 rods; thence North 80 rods to the place of beginning,
all located in Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6 P.M.,
Wyoming Together with five (5) shares in North Canal from Swift
Creek and all Spring Creek water rights.
SUBJECT TO taxes and assessments for the year 2012 and all
subsequent years, together with any and all existing easements,
rights -of way, reservations, restrictions and encumbrances of record,
to any existing tenancies, to all zoning laws and ordinances, and to
any state of facts an accurate survey or inspection of the premises
would show.
The conveyance shall include any and all estate, right, title, interest, appurtenances,
tenements, hereditaments, reversions, remainders, easements, rents, issues, profits, rights -of -way
and water rights in anywise appertaining to the property herein described as well in law as in
equity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor have hereunto subscribed their names to this
instrument this Zf day of December, 2012.
