GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this December 27, 2012, Between Irish Properties,
LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company "Grantor and the Bank of Jackson Hole, a
Wyoming State chartered bank "Grantee
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of TEN and 00 /100 DOLLARS,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does, by these presents, grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, all of the following
described real estate situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Tract 3 -A.1 of Palis Park Subdivision within the Town of
Alpine, part of the section 29, T37N, R118W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
And all improvements thereon (the "Property
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise
appertaining thereto forever. And, Grantor, its successors and assigns, does hereby
covenant, promise and agree to and with Grantee, that, at the delivery of this General
Warranty Deed, Grantor is lawfully seized in its own right of an absolute and indefeasible
estate of inheritance in fee simple, of and in all and singular the Property, with the
appurtenances; that the Property is free, clear and discharged and unencumbered of and
from all former and other grants, titles, charges, estates, judgments, taxes assessments
and encumbrances, of whatsoever nature and kind, EXCEPT: easements, rights -of -way,
covenants and restrictions of record as of the date hereof, and that Grantor will
WARRANT and FOREVER DEFEND the same unto the Grantee, its successors and
assigns, against Grantor, its successors or assigns and all and every person or persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed and delivered this General
Warranty Deed as of the day and year first above written.
