THIS INDENTURE made the .A.q day of 2012, between
Evan H. Pope and Dotty Jo Pope of Cokeville Wyoming, husband and wife and the party of the
first part, and Pope Cattle Refuge, L.L.C., of Cokeville, Wyoming, the party of the second part:
WITNES SETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration do by
these presents demise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said party of the second part, and to
its heirs and assigns, all that certain lot of land lying and being in the County Lincoln, State of

Wyoming Division of Water Resources.
EXCLUDING the home located at 13381 Hwy 30, Cokeville, WY, along with
ninety (90) acres surrounding the home. A property survey will be conducted in the near future
and the deed shall be amended to include the proper legal description of the excluded portion of
the property.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
reservations and rights -of -way of sight and /or record. Specifically EXCLUDING all mineral
