Evan H. Pope and Dotty Jo Pope of Cokeville, Wyoming, husband and wife and the party of the
first part, and Pope Rawhide, L.L.C., of Cokeville, Wyoming, the party of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration do by
these presents demise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said party of the second part, and to
its heirs and assigns, all that certain lot of land lying and being in the County Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, and particularly described as:

EXCLUDING the home located at 137 Snyder Spring Ln., Cokeville, WY 83114,
which the party of the first part shall keep as their personal residence, along with seven (7) acres
surrounding the home, including an older home also on the property. A property survey will be
conducted in the near future and the deed shall be amended to include the proper legal
description of the excluded portion of the property.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
reservations and rights -of -way of sight and /or record. Specifically EXCLUDING all mineral
rights, which shall be retained by the party of the first part.
