Section 1 N 1 /2NE 1 /4 and a tract of land within the NW 1 /4NW 1 /4,

Southeast corner of said Section 11; thence N. 50° 31' W., 5937.9 feet
along the centerline of the said right of way to a point on the North line
of said Section 11; thence S. 89° 58' E., 4581.3 feet along the North
line of said Section 11 to the Northeast corner of Section 11; thence S.
00° 06' E., 3793.6 feet along the East line of Section 11 to the place of
beginning;
