This instrument may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall for all purposes be deemed to be an original and one instrument, and all of which are identical, except that, to facilitate tract indexing where required, certain counterparts of this Release may have attached hereto a portion of Exhibit A to the Mortgages, which such Exhibit A describes the Mortgaged Property situated in a particular county where this Release is presented for recording; otherwise such Mortgaged Property, including as described on the complete Exhibit A to the Mortgages, is deemed incorporated by reference to the Mortgages, recorded as set forth above. 4 Executed and delivered as of the day and year first above written by an authorized officer of Mortgagee.
