Default having occurred in the terms and conditions of the mortgage given by Doug C. Miller, a single person, mortgagor, in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., dated October 11, 2005, recorded October 11, 2005, in Book 600PR, Page 718, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, given to secure payment of a note in the original amount of Forty One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty One Dollars and 00/100 ($41,351.00). Said note and mortgage were assigned to the Wyoming Community Development Authority by Assignment dated October 11, 2005, and recorded October 17, 2005, in Book 601PR, Page 444; in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and a foreclosure sale having taken place on the 8 day of January, 2013, on the following described real property: A PORTION OF LOT 7 OF BLOCK 10 OF THE LINCOLN HEIGHTS 4 SUBDIVISION OF THE TOWN OF;. By virtue of the sale and the purchaser's payment, under the authority of law, I hereby give and grant this Sheriffs Certificate of Sale to Wyoming Community Development Authority whose address is P.O.
