ALSO an undivided one -half interest in and to the following described tract of land, the same being a cement
party -wall:
Beginning at a point which is 135 feet South from the Northeast corner of said Lot 4 and running thence South 1
feet; thence West 100 feet; thence North 1 foot, thence East 100 feet to the Point of Beginning
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
