Is, released, and discharged as to the aforementioned premises, and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises described herein. It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage or the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
