HomeMy WebLinkAbout968982ShDeed SHERIFF'S DEED WHEREAS, James Fred Burgman and Karen May Burgman, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Chase Bank USA, N.A., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated October 5, 2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 8, 2007, at Reception No. 934718 in Book 678 at Page 169. WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger with Chase Bank USA, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on November 8, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger with Chase Bank USA, N.A. "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $207,236.16, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on November 8, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 8, 2011, at Reception No. 961783 in Book 775 at Page 760; WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, whose address is 10790 Rancho Bernardo Rd, San Diego, CA 92127, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: Lot 90 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. with an address of 200 Scrub Oak Drive, Thayne, WY 83127 Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, its successors and assigns forever.
