BEGINNING at Corner No. 6 of said Tract No. 38;

thence N00 °10'16 "W, 1334.18 feet, along the west line of said Tract No. 42 to Corner No. 2 of

running southeasterly that is accepted as the property line between the Cornia and Johnson
