That part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 6,
Township 30 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part
of that tract of record in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 608,
page 881, as more particularly described on the attached "Description for
Reeves Farms Inc. Steven's Tract Revised" which is incorporated herein by
this reference.
SUBJECT to all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations

being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 608
of Photostatic Records on page 881, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike, on the centerline of the Reeves Schwab County Road No. 12-
149, S73 10' -49 "W, 705.52 feet, from thl. northeast corner of said SEI /4SE1 /4;
thence S00 05' -50 "W, 195.20 feet, along a line parallel with the east line of said
SEI /•4SE1/4, to a point;
thence N89 53' -17 "W, 248.03 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said
SEI /4SE1 /4, to a point;
thence N00 05' -50 "E, 125.64 feet, along a line parallel with said east line, to a point on
the southerly right -of -way line of said County Road No. 12 -149;
thence N06 59' -22 "W, 30.02 feet, to a spike on said centerline;
