($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to TAYLOR LAND COMPANY, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability
company, P.O. Box 3226, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns, the
following property located in Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming on December 26, 2012 in Book 801 at Pages 272 and 273 as
Receiving No. 968672, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
pertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, easements, and
rights -of -way of record, of sight, or in use.

authority provided by its Members.

for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in
hand paid receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND

Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and hereby releases and waives all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State. to -wit:

SW1 /4 Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, 6 P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and on the West right -of -way of U.S. 89 Highway, Thence N55 °31'W, 254.6
feet; thence N78 °10'W, 210.0 feet; thence S67°22'W, 100 feet; thence S35°06'E, 199.9
feet; thence S55 °31'E, 323.3 feet; thence Northeasterly along the said Highway right -of-
way 233.0 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point of S62 °0'W, 662 feet from the center of Section
29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, 6 P.M., Wyoming, and running thence
N38 °09'W, 228 feet; thence N62°15'W, 150 feet; thence N22 °38'W, 215 feet; thence
along U.S. Government Land N67°22'E, 10 feet; thence S35°06'E, 199.8 feet; thence
S55 °31'E, 323.3 feet to the West Boundary of Highway right -of -way U.S. 89 North and
running along said highway right -of -way Southwesterly 190 feet to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: That parcel of land described in Quit Claim Deed
recorded June 21, 1984, Book 215 P.R., Page 364.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM: That part of the W1/2 of Section 29, T37N,
R118W, within the Incorporated Limits of the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
in Book 395 of Photostatic Records on page 538, described as follows: BEGINNING on
the Palisades Reservoir Take Line, N67 °20'OOE, 210.00 feet from the northern most point
of that tract of record in said Office in Book 185 of Photostatic Records on page 26, said
point of beginning also being, N85 °14'31 "E, 1685.70 feet from the northwest corner of
the SW1 /4 of said Section 29; thence N67 °20'00 "E, 100.00 feet, along said take line, to a
point; thence S22 °40'OOE, 150.00 feet, parallel with the easterly line of that tract of
record in said Office in Book 163 of Photostatic Records on page 507, to a point; thence
S34 °18'34 "W, 119.27 feet to the northern most point of Morning Star Drive (Three
Rivers Spur) of record in said Office on Plat No. 249, identical with the southeasterly
point of said tract in Book 163; thence N22 °40'00 "W, 215.00 feet, along the easterly line
of said tract, to the Point of Beginning; encompassing an area of 0.42 acre, more or less;
the base bearing for this survey is the Palisades Resevoir Take Line, being N67 °20'00 "E.
