KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Alvin L Robinson, does hereby certify
that mortgage bearing the date of made and executed by Douglas C. Bankhead and
Marilou B. Bankhead, as mortgagor(s) to Alvin L. Robinson as mortgagee(s) conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $425,000.00 as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 7, 2007 in
Book 648PR, Page 295 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County,
to wit:
A portion of the property, as referred. to in the Deed recorded in Book 452PR, on page
94, and in the 'Deed recorded in Book 51.1PR, on page 339, with the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the NW'/ of Section 4, Township 31 North, Range
119 West, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698 2001 location for the Northeast Corner of
the SIV/NW'/ of said Section 4;
thence South 88 °48'14" West, along the North line of said SW'/NW'/ 44.55 feet to the
Southeast Corner of Lot 24 as shown on the West Bills Subdivision plat recorded
with Instrument No. 749847 on Plat No. 343, with said Office;
thence North 6 °26'31" East, along the East line of said l..ot 24, 152.09 feet to a Southeast
corner of Lot 13 of said West Hills Subdivision;
thence South 82 °25'04" East, along the South line of said Lot 13 and continuing along
the South line of Lot 21 of said West Hills Subdivision, 987.73 feet to a point in the
South line of the NE1 /4NW1/4 of said Section 4;
thence North 88 °48'14" East, along last said South line, 368.86 feet to the Northwest
Corner of the SWI /4NE1 /4 of said Section 4;
thence South 1 °33'04" West, along the West line of said SW'/NE'/, 568.82 feet to the
Northeast Corner of the Borden property as referred to in the Deed recorded in
Book 403PR, on page 780, with said Office;
thence Westerly, Southerly, and Easterly along said Borden property the following:
North 88 °32'12" West 135.21 feet, South 5 °14'56" East 599.07 feet, and South
59 °19'07" East 73.59 feet to a point in the North line of the Mignano property as
referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 573, on page 345, with said Office;
thence North 87 °33'23" West, along last said North line, 50.86 feet;
thence North 79 °52'34" West, continuing along last said North line 266.49 feet;
thence South 89 °5.5'30" West 1,006.94 feet to a point in the East line of said SW' /NW'
thence North 1 °38'23" East, along said East line, 1124.46 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
