QUITCLAIM DEED
(WITH AFTER ACQUIRED PROVISION)
THIS INDENTURE is made this !9 day of December, 2012, by RENO N.
BARBISAN, a single man, dealing with his o e and separate property, "Grantor," and
VINCENT ANTONIO BARBISAN, a an, whose mailing address is P.O. Box
642, Thaync, Wyoming 83127, "Grantee." The interests of the Grantee shall be the sole
and separate property of the Grantee, including the rents, issues and profits hereof.
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
No/ 100 Dollars ($10.00) lawful money of the United States of America and other good and
valuable consideration to Grantor in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does by these presents remise, release and forever QUITCLAIM unto
Grantee, and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, an undivided fifty percent (50
interest, now owned or hereafter acquired by Grantor, in all the following described real
estate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
Lot Sixty (60) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Nine (9) as platted and
recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT TO all encumbrances, including, but not limited to,
mortgages and deeds of trust.

TOGETHER, with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and any reversions, any remainders, and rents,
issues and profits therefrom.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises and the appurtenances unto Grantee, and
to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
In construing this Quitclaim Deed and where the context so requires, the singular
includes the plural.
