SUBJECT TO all encumbrances, including, but not limited to, mortgages and deeds of trust. OOOO TOGETHER, with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and any reversions, any remainders, and rents, issues and profits therefrom. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises and the appurtenances unto Grantee, and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
