the Quitclaim Deed that was recorded in Book 511PR at Pages 482 through 485 as
Instrument No. 887362, a copy of which is attached; excepting therefrom that real
property described in the Corrective Quitclaim Deed that was recorded on November 23,
2004 in Book 573 at Pages 333 334 as Receiving No. 904771, a copy of which is
attached; said real property is now more particularly described as follows:
