mortgage bearing the date of April 16, 2007 made and executed by Val E. Astle and
Helen Astle as mortgagor(s) to Chad Cazier as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $47,000.00 as therein stated,
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register
of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 12, 2007 in Book 665 PR, Page
447 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,

The land referred to in this document is situated in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln, and is
described as follows:
A tract of land lying within and being a part of the W1 /2NE1 /4 of Section 28, Township 32
North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being a portion of the land described in
that deed of recod in Book 373PR, page 513, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, with
boundaries more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the East boundary line of the W1 /2NE1 /4 of Section
28 with the South right -of -way boundary line of Harmony Creek Lane, said point being due
North a distance of 1187.51 feet from the Southeast corner of the said W1 /2NE1 /4 (also known
as the C -E 1/16 Corner) of Section 28; and running
