WHEREAS, James H. Blittersdorf, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for America's Wholesale
Lender its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real
property by that certain mortgage dated January 12, 2005 (the "Mortgage and duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of
Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 18, 2005, at
Reception No. 905953 in Book 577 at Page 362.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and
for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of The
Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the
Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2005 -1,
acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for
sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on August 21, 2012, at 10:00
o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as
Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset Backed Certificates,
Series 2005 -1 "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter
described real property in the sum of $126,000.00, and the said real property was then
and there sold to the Successful Bidder on August 21, 2012 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 21, 2012, at
Reception No. 966338 in Book 792 at Page 104.
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described
real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has
now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I,
Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in
consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do
hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank

described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 23 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 3, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plate thereof.
ALSO
Lot 7 of the Howard Woods Limited Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
with an address of 426 Mahogany Way, Thayne, WY 83127 -0000
Together with all improvements thereon situate and all
fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all
improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging,
to The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the
Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2005 -1, its
successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Sheriff's Deed
