LaVerne E. Hamm and Emily Hamm, husband and wife, GRANTORS,
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Michael Lewis and Linda
Lewis, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES,
whose address is 1305 1 West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
The North 20 feet of Lot 13 and all of Lots 14 and 15 of Block 6 of the
Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and /or record.
