limited liability company does hereby certify and declare that a certain Promissory
Note bearing date November 12, 2012 made and executed by Deadman Ranch, LLC,
a Wyoming limited liability company, as Borrower therein, to Mauri Ventures, LLC,
an Idaho limited liability company Lender therein, and recorded November 13,2012
in Book 798 at Page 34 Receiving 967909 in the office of the Lincoln County
Recorder, State of Wyoming, together with the debt thereby secured, is fully paid,
satisfied and discharged.

The undersigned hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said Note, and
surrenders the same as cancelled.

being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the Manager/Member of Mauri Ventures,

the aforesaid individual acknowledged to me that said Company executed the same.
