KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Tom Welstad and LeeAnn Welstad,
Trustees of the Tom and LeeAnn Welstad Family Trust dated :December 1, 2006, does
hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of April 28, 2008, made and executed by
Sage 0 McMillin, as mortgagor(s) to Tom Welstad and LeeAnn Welstad, Trustees of the
Tom and LeeAnn Welstad Family Trust dated December 1, 2006, as mortgagee(s)
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$104,317.11, as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 2,
2008 in Book 693 PR, Page 635 mortgaging the following described real estate in said
County, to wit:
Lot 21 of Amended Mat Bridger Forest Ranches, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat tiled on February 6, 1975 as instrument No. 463684 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
