WARRANTY DEED
RICK STEPHENSON, a/k/a RICKY ANDREW STEPHENSON, a single person, Grantor,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to RICKY A.
STEPHENSON, as Trustee of the RICKY A. STEPHENSON REVOCABLE TRUST dated January
28, 2013, Grantees, whose address is 414 Ruby Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Parcel 1:
A parcel of land being part of the vacated alley east of Lots 8, 9 and 10 of Block 23
of the 1942 Plat of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming; and, being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot 8 of Block 23 of the 1942 Plat of the
Town of Diamondville; thence N 78 °50' E, along the extension of the north boundary
of said Lot 8, a distance of 10.00 feet;
thence S 11°10' E, a distance of 90.00 feet;
thence S 78 °50' W, a distance of 10.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 10;
thence N 11°10' W, a distance of 90.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO
Lots 8, 9 and 10 of Block 23 of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land contained in Warranty Deed
recorded January 24, 2003. in Book 510PR on page 459 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
Parcel 2:
The Lot numbered Four (4) of the Block numbered Twenty -Six (26) of the First
Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
