($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to JERRY D. FLOYD, as Trustee of the JERRY D.
FLOYD REVOCABLE TRUST dated October 8, 2012, whose address is 514 Garnet Street,
Kemmerer, Wyoming 82930, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lots Ninety -Eight (98) and Ninety -Nine (99), Unit C -2, Commissary Ranch
Subdivision, as said lots are laid down and described on the official plat of said
Commissary Ranch Subdivision, duly recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
