survivorship
Grantee(s) of 503 State Highway 232, PO Box 422, Cokeville, State of Wyoming for the sum of TEN
DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the following described tract
of land in Lincoln County, State of WY, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Beckwith Parcel
Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Fourteen (14), and Fifteen (15) of Section Seven (7) in Township
Twenty -Two (22) North Range one hundred Nineteen (119) West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, Wyoming
Together with all water rights thereunto belonging or in any -wise appertaining.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
