KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
EARL MAX WALKER AND KATHRYN A. WALKER,
Husband and Wife,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00 /100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by
Johnny E. Walker and Emily R. Walker
whose address is P.O. Box 152, auburn, WY 83111
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
JOHNNY E. WALKER AND EMILY R. WALKER,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we
have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to -wit:
A portion of the NW' SE 'A of Section 16, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an Iron Pipe found marking the Southeast corner of the Shaun B. Leavitt and Brenda
Lynn Leavitt property referred to in Instrument No. 732980 and recorded in Book 279PR on
Page 111 as adjusted by instrument No. 827349 and recorded in Book 389PR on Page 8, also
being a point in the East line of said NW' SE' said point being 337.57 feet S 0 °37'30" W,
along said East line, from the B.L.M. type monument found marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel
PLS 5368 1994 location for the Northeast corner of said NW'/ %SEI /a; thence S 0 °37'30" W,
continuing along said east line, 180.03 feet to an Iron Pipe set at he easterly prolongation of an
existing East -West fence; thence S 87 °30'27" W, roughly along said fence 283.70 feet to an Iron
Pipe set at a point in an existing Northwesterly Southeasterly fence; thence N 26 °29'10" W,
roughly along last said fence 201.76 feet to an Iron Pipe set; thence N 88°12'10" E, to and along
the South line of said Leavitt property, 375.56 feet, tot he point of beginning, containing 1.376
acres of land.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Johnny E. Walker and Emily R. Walker
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
