McKinley as the Personal Representative of The Estate of Stuart M. McKinley, a/k/a Stuart McKinley and John C. McKinley as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Barbara C. McKinley, a/k/a Barbara McKinley, Grantors, pursuant to the Order Approving Final Report and Decree of Distribution for each of said estates, hereby CONVEYS, GRANTS, SELLS, ASSIGNS, AND QUITCLAIMS all of the interest in the following described property as follows: 1) an undivided fifty percent (50.0 of all of the interest that Grantors own to Carol L. Atkins with an address of 1620 NE Broadway St., ste. 241, Portland, Oregon 97232 and 2) an undivided fifty percent (50.0 of all of the interest that Grantors own to Jelmac, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company with an address of 8714 Cowpoke Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009, Grantees, all overriding royalty interest, royalty interest or other interest of any kind or nature in and to all oil, gas, coal, fissionable materials and other minerals, of every kind and character, including but not limited to, oil, condensate, natural gas and related products (including, but not limited to, methane, coalbed gas, helium, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur, casinghead gas, and liquid hydrocarbons) presently owned by the Grantors in the following described leases, lands, and property: All of the leases, lands and property included on the attached master "Exhibit A" which is incorporated herein by reference. Said leases, lands and property are located in Sublette County, Wyoming, Sweetwater County, Wyoming, and Lincoln County Wyoming and a separate conveyance document has been sent to each such county for recording. Together with all rights of ingress and egress to and from said premises, and the use of so much of the surface thereof as may be necessary to prospect for, develop, and remove said minerals.
