KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Tin Cup Creek Properties
LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, Grantor, of Teton County, and
State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS a fifty percent (50 undivided tenancy in common
interest to Barbara J. Hoeft, Trustee of the Barbara J. Hoeft Revocable Trust
under agreement dated June 29, 2007, and any amendments thereto and a
fifty percent (50 undivided tenancy in common interest to Christopher L.
Hoeft, Trustee of the Christopher L. Hoeft Revocable Trust under agreement
dated August 2, 2007, and any amendments thereto, as tenants in common,
Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1905, Jackson, Wyoming, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
See Exhibit "A" Attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference;
Parcel Identification Number: 3419- 231 -10 -056 (total 0.58 acres).
And the said Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantees that Grantor is
lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and
Grantor warrants the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of
record.
This Corrective Warranty Deed is being given solely for purposes of
correcting the legal description in that certain Warranty Deed recorded on
November 30, 2012 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, in
Book 800, Page 388, Document Number 968440.
