HomeMy WebLinkAbout969467DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE Lot Twenty (20) of 2nd Amended Plat Salt River Cove Division No. 1, Lincoln County, Wyoming Recorded as Document No. 910483, Map No. 367 -F in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all improvements thereon, and easements, appurtenances and incidents belonging or appertaining thereto, or used in connection therewith; subject, however, to all mining, mineral and other exceptions, reservations, covenants, conditions and rights of way of record. W050 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Raymond D. Bergstrom and Cynthia K. Bergstrom Trustees for the Bergstrom Family Trust dated February 11, 2004 in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/ 100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Glacier Bank, a Montana Corporation, of Kalispell MT, receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, and forever quitclaimed and by these presents does for the Bergstrom Family Trust successors and assigns, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto Glacier Bank, its successors and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as the Bergstrom Family Trust, may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises to wit: This Deed is an absolute grant of title in effect as well as in form, and is not intended by the Grantor to be a mortgage. The conveyance herein is subject to acceptance by Glacier Bank, and the Grantor acknowledges that Glacier Bank's interest in the above described property shall not merge with any existing mortgages in favor of the Grantee and that any such mortgages encumbering the above described property shall remain in full force and effect until a mortgage release is properly recorded by the Grantee. The acceptance of this Deed and the consideration therefore shall be evidenced by and be the recorded Release of said Mortgage(s). The Grantor hereby releases and waives all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto Glacier Bank, its successors and assigns forever. Raymond D. Bergstrom and Cynthia K. Bergstrom and The Bergstrom Family Trust nor any other person on the Trust's behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title in the premises or any part thereof, but Raymond D. Bergstrom and Cynthia K. Bergstrom and the Bergstrom Family Trust, them and every one of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
