James A. LaPointe and Connie R. LaPointe, husband and wife,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to John V. Emery and
Tyrell R. Emery, husband and wife, as to an undivided one -half (1/2)
interest, and John A. Emery and Jennine L. Emery, husband and
wife, as to an undivided one -half (1/2) interest, GRANTEES, whose
address is 106 Mountain Road, Rock Springs, WY 82901, the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot, 88, Spring Canyon Ranches Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat thereof
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and/or record.
