ALSO, LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded August 16, 1907 in Book 32 of Deeds on page 192 of the Lincoln County Clerk. ALSO, LESS AND EXCEPT a tract of land in Township 25 North Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land forming the right of way for the main line of the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company, said parcel of land being 200 feet in width at right angles to the center line thereof, as shown by the map of said Railroad Company on file with the County Survey of Lincoln County, Wyoming, title to said right of way being vested in said Railroad Company by virtue of a Public Act at the time of the construction of said railroad, said right of way being described by metes and bounds referred to the survey of said township and range as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southerly boundary line of said Tract 110, from whence Corner Number 4 of said Tract 110 bears South 89 °44' East 42.27 chains; Thence North 41 °32' West 9.50 chains; Thence North 51 °3' West 29.23 chains along the long chord of a circular curve having a central angle of 19 °3' and a radius of 88.33 chains, said long chord substending an arc having a length of 29.37 chains forming a boundary line; Thence North 60 °34' West 34.11 chains to the Westerly boundary line of said Tract 110; )485....
