Fox, husband and wife, Grantors, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for the consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY and QUITCLAIM to Fox Ranches, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, Grantee, whose mailing address is 10283 State Highway 233, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, all interest of the Grantors in and to the following described real property and premises situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit: Parcel One: North One Half of Tract 47, situate in T. 22 N., R. 116 W. of the 6th P.M., Lot 7, Sec. 1, T. 22 N., R. 117 W. of the 6th P.M. The N. 120 acres of Tract 55 situate in T. 22 N., R. 117 W. of the 6th P.M., All of Tract 54 situate in T. 22 N., R. 117 W. of the 6th P.M.
